Custom Training

Each technician has a customized training program developed by Cengage. First Vehicle Services places an emphasis on technicians becoming ASE certified and has over 30 ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognized Shops. We pay for our technicians’ training and testing and compensate them with hourly bonuses for certification. This customized quality fleet training ensures that the maintenance staff can troubleshoot effectively, and it increases productivity because they make repairs right the first time.
